    North Shore Oceanfront Hotel Restrictions & Fees

    Full pre-payment is due 14 days prior to arrival — 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2029

    Once a reservation is booked, it can be cancelled within 14 days of booking with no penalty. When entirely cancelling a reservation that has been confirmed for 15 days or more, the cancellation incurs a $50 per unit penalty. There is no fee for reducing the number of rooms. — 3/14/2022 - 12/31/2029
