Berkley Lake Townhomes (formerly Hapimag Lake Berkley Resort) in Kissimmee is located in a quiet gated community close to all attractions and great golf. The well appointed three bedroom townhomes are nicely furnished and include 2.5 baths, living room, fully equipped kitchen, private patio, washer/dryer, free WiFi, and parking in front of unit. When not on the links, enjoy the many amenities this resort offers including tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, two heated outdoor pools, hot tub, kiddie pool with water games, playground, fitness room, gazebo and fishing pier at Lake Berkley. This is the perfect resort for your golf vacation in the heart of Orlando.

    Please note, these units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2029

    Resort requires a $100 refundable security deposit to be authorized via credit card. — 9/29/2020 - 12/31/2029

    Daily maid service is not included but may be arranged at the following rates (tax included in rate): 3BR Townhome $85 — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

    A mandatory resort fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation upon booking. — 1/1/2022 - 12/31/2029

    A departure cleaning fee of $85 per unit will be added to your reservation upon booking. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

    The Club is closed for renovation. The business center is also closed due to the renovation. The completion date is to be determined. — 5/2/2024 - 12/31/2025
